Jennifer Clason saga still not over

In March, I wrote about porn-spammer Jennifer Clason who pled guilty in Arizona for violating the CAN SPAM act.

Today, I was alerted to more coverage about her at the WahmDirect forums. A lot of the information there is old, but it's still worth reading.

A few highlights:

The final post on the porn thread is precious. Readers are enticed into spending $40 at a porn site with promises of $500 in rebates and valuable prizes. However, before anybody can collect, they're informed that Hacker X has broken into the site and ruined everything. Raise your hand if you didn't see that one coming.

Wasn't she supposed to be sentenced on June 5th? Any word on that?

I've forgotten the details, but I believe she was let off with no prison time provided she paid a fine and cooperated with investigators with respect to other spammers.

Yeah, I dont see her tied to that thread, nor did she post in that thread, nor did she run that other site.

It\'s a public forum where people can post whatever they want, and someone posted a referral link that went bad. Hundreds of those sites come and go. Now what exactly is the tie between that one site out of hundreds that were advertised on a public board and her? Either make your accusations clearer, or keep your mouth shut.

Besides, the person who runs the Wahmdirect site is Preet Singh, who used to be a member at Mommyjobs until he decided to create a browser to sell to the members so that he could steal identification and financial information, as well as selling pirated copies of Microsoft products. Since you\'re so skillful at searching for information to tie Jennifer to on the board, why don\'t you search for those posts to prove the validity of these claims, and the subsequent invalidity of anything that Mr. Preet Singh of Amritsar, India has to say about the situation?

This is Jennifer Clason. Not only is your article inaccurate but the source of your information is a guy that I banned from my forums so he's grasping at straws trying to drag my name through the mud. His name is Preet Singh and he owns WAHM Direct.com. No matter what you think of me, stay away from this guy, he's bad news.

I never lured anyone to register on any porn site. Some of the mothers on my site sign up for "get paid to" offers that I have nothing to do with. I hadn't even seen that thread on my message forum until I read your post about it today. As you'll notice, I didn't even post personally in that thread. So that's quite a stretch to "me luring them into it".

Also I have way more than sixteen porn domains. Just thought I'd set ya straight on that one.

Futhermore my sentencing is on November 13th for those of you who wish to know. I'm glad to see I still have fans. ;)

Just a followup to the above comments, can Jennifer prove in a court of law her comments above, if so, post the validity because I intend to drag her to court for false accusations.

I am in the process of filing a civil suit sometime around march 2007 for false comments, and i know i will win it too. Because law demands proof and she does not have any because its all made up.
