OK, some scammer needs to have a copy of Bob the Angry Flower's educational poster about the apostrophe on his wall.

Hmm, maybe it's by design, but the sentence is a sentence fragment?

Example: You are billing information!

Ah, yes, but billing information *to whom*? You see, the spammer may have simply cut off the rest of the sentence. Perhaps he want to say "You are billing information to Paypal and exposing stuff."

It doesn't make sense either.
