We call it "mainsleeze". That's when an otherwise mainstream company advertises via spam. Today's mainsleeze spam came from EasyJet, a discount airline in europe similar to Jet Blue, except with terrible service.
I probably never would have flown EasyJet again after my last experience, but they've just made it official.
I'm still receiving sleazyjet/easyjet spam (they call it a newsletter) after unsubscribing and contacting "customer services" four times.
