Judge Racek has dismissed the defamation case against me on jurisdiction. Here is a copy of the court order.Update: The Fargo Forum has an article about the dismissal. (Oops, apparently the Forum now charges to read old articles. Sorry about that; I don't think it's worth the $1.95.)
